Shipping:

*Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

*Shipping times shown when processing your order are estimates, therefore, the order may arrive earlier or later than expected. Delays are beyond Rocky's control.

*Shipping time is estimated on business days from Monday to Friday, excluding legal holidays.

*In the event that the package is delayed or lost while in transit, we will do everything possible to recover it. The process can take up to 30 business days, but if after this time the package cannot be located, Rocky will send an identical product as a replacement.

Changes within Mexico:

*Exchanges for color, size or model can be made within 15 business days of receiving the product. Please note that the new product is subject to availability.

*The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs generated by this change.

*To request it, the client must send an email with the reasons why they are requesting the change.

*Notify the following email contactorockyregino@gmail.com with the following information: order number, product, total paid and date.

*Refunds are made in the form of store credit to be redeemed in our online store. The credit is valid for 2 months from the date of return.

*Products purchased at a discount are not eligible for exchanges.

 

International Exchanges:

All sales are final sales
